The famous concubines of Sothis, recently returned to Osirion by the Pathfinder Society, are stolen from the Pathfinder Lodge in that nation's capital and it's up to you to find them and return them before their combined power can be used to awaken an ancient evil.

“The Faithless Dead” is the final scenario in the four-part Echoes of the Everwar campaign arc. It follows Pathfinder Society Scenario #36: "The Prisoner of Skull Hill," Pathfinder Society Scenario #42: "The Watcher of Ages," and Pathfinder Society Scenario #44: "Terror at Whistledown." Parts 1, 2, and 3 can be played in any order, but part 4 must be played only once the first three parts have been completed.

A decade ago, the Decklands family, a house of Chelish nobles, were exiled from Absalom for treason. Their fate made for an interesting story and when a Pathfinder agent in Cheliax studying the family's long history and exile from the City at the Center of the World ends up murdered, the Society sends you to the recently discovered Deckland Vaults in Absalom to see what connection their old home might have to your murdered colleague.

The Peerless Empire of shaitan genies has warred with its fiery counterpart for centuries and thinly stretched resources leave the shaitans in need of additional aid. They have founded a new state-sanctioned mercenary company known as the Ungrounded, which draws upon free agents from across the multiverse. One of the Society’s few friends on the Plane of Earth has recommended at least a handful of Pathfinders join the Ungrounded, knowing that even a few months’ service could dramatically enhance the Society’s reputation (and fill those agents’ pockets) in this distant realm. The PCs travel to the magnificent Opaline Vault as the Society’s first envoys, but in doing so they must survive the otherworldly threats that lurk in both this strange environment and within their own ranks.

Content in “Ungrounded but Unbroken” also contributes directly to the ongoing storyline of the Sovereign Court faction.
