In Metacell: Genesis you take the role of one of humanities last defenders who are training to battle a scientific abomination that was created by our hunger for answers on the nature of reality. Battle your friends and learn the skills you'll need to survive!

Metacell: Genesis, The Board Game is an innovative 2-4 player puzzle battle game that requires you to combine a little bit of luck and a lot of strategy and planning to create a game of fluid simultaneous offense and defense. The game mechanics are simple but have subtly complex twists, and powerful characters with activatable abilities, that add a lot of room for playstyle growth.

The game was created to have the same sort of feeling as chess, but heavily incorporate modern gameplay mechanics commonly found in RPG's.

Tournament will be 1v1 style. Games last generally a half hour to an hour each. We will be able to accommodate up to 8 players per full seating. But will run as many rounds as needed to move all players through to each tournament round.

The world is a crazy, chaotic place. The ruins of dead civilizations dot the landscape. Ancient technology, alien magics, and blacksmith-forged steel all contend on the battlefield. Legends walk among the average, shaping the world with phenomenal power. The world is a place of wonder and strangeness.

Nevertheless, it is generally considered worrying when the ancient ruins that occupy the distant hillside just in sight from the watchtower at the edge of town suddenly restore themselves into a tower of smooth black stone clawing at the sky. And loud explosions, flashes of light in the night, and strange smells and sounds on the wind are somewhat troubling. But really, it’s the mutated, enormous brutes that hit up local merchants demanding supplies on threat of broken…everything, really, that tends to provoke things like posting an open call for help from adventurers and heroes of all sorts.

A call that you, in a fit of debatable wisdom, have decided to answer.

Now if only it said anything about the pay…

Pathfinder RPG: Pathfinder Society7 of 61 of 1

The Licktoad goblins of Brinestump Marsh have stumbled upon a great treasure—fireworks! Yet unfortunately for them, the tribe member responsible for the discovery has already been exiled for the abhorrent crime of writing (which every goblin knows steals words from your head). To remedy this situation, the Licktoads’ leader, His Mighty Girthness Chief Rendwattle Gutwad, has declared that the greatest heroes of the tribe must venture forth to retrieve the rest of the fireworks from a derelict ship stranded in the marsh. In order to prove themselves as the Licktoads’ bravest goblins, the PCs must complete a series of dangerous dares, from swallowing bull slugs and braving the dreaded Earbiter to dancing with Squealy Nord himself. Yet even once they’ve proven their mettle, the adventure is just beginning. For the ship in question is far from uninhabited, and Vorka the cannibal goblin would like nothing better than a few tasty visitors....

Pathfinder RPG: Pathfinder Society6 of 61 of 1

All-out war has erupted on the long-contested border between the crusader nation of Mendev and the demon-infested Worldwound. With the magical defenses that once held the demons at bay failing, defense of the region now falls to small patrols of mobile soldiers to resupply, reinforce, and communicate between the border's many fortresses and outposts. With so much at stake, the Pathfinder Society has enlisted many of its agents to assist in the war effort, both to protect its own interests and to prevent the onrushing tide of demonic attackers from plunging the entire Inner Sea region into chaos. On one such wardstone patrol, however, the party may find itself facing an enemy of an entirely different nature.

Pathfinder RPG: Pathfinder Society7 of 61 of 1

Despite several promising developments on the front lines, it’s increasingly clear to the Pathfinder Society that fighting its way across the entire Worldwound would prove far more costly than approaching the Sky Citadel Jormurdun from the west. What it might gain in ease of use, the society lacks in an established basecamp, so the PCs must travel to the Realm of the Mammoth Lords to win over the locals and secure a beachhead—all without falling prey to the area’s powerful megafauna, savage demons, and relentless barbarian tribes.

Almost all Pathfinders undergo extensive training for three or more years to learn the tricks of the trade, and their last test before graduating from the ranks of the initiates to the status of a full Pathfinder agent is the Confirmation, a special research project that involves considerable fieldwork and is designed to simulate the initiates' future work as a Pathfinder. Even the noteworthy field commissioned agents sometimes participate in such trials as a way to familiarize themselves with the Pathfinder Society’s rules and expectations. Although Confirmation is typically an individual affair, the society recently discovered a site on the Isle of Kortos that would be perfect for initiates but perhaps too dangerous to handle alone. Successfully uncovering this site’s secrets will not only contribute to the society’s body of knowledge but shape the exciting careers ahead for each of the prospective agents.
