Hey Gran Marchers -
you know why you should play Yeomanry mods? Because they're fun.
Generally good writing, interesting plots, unique national character
(and very different than things back home in the 'March.) Also, don't
forget this small little paragraph on page six of the Gran March
Military Benefits Document...
"Due to our treaty
with the Yeomanry League, regional scenarios set in the Yeomanry that
qualify for Yeoman militia service may also be drawn from the military
TU pool. "
Yep, many of the scenarios can be played
with GRAN MARCH MILITARY TUs. Isn't that awesome? Not that TUs
mean much anymore, but regardless, we have a treaty with the Yeomen and
therefore we should be there!
Also, this is going to be a great chance to play the YEO year sevens
and what year eights are available in order. So if you're coming
in from out of town, you can get the full Yeomanry experience.
Also we'll have the SHE year sevens and whatever SHE year eights are
available, so you can play them in order and get the full Sheldomar
experience.
To guarantee
yourself a seat at the table, then you
must register, pay, and sign up for slots as soon as registration opens.
We will not have extra tables or extra judges.

Location
How close can you be to Atlanta
and still be technically within the Yeomanry? The answer is
approximately 1,000 yards. I-75, exit 1A, just inside the Tennessee
border. There is a special con rate - ask to book in the "Grayhawk"
block. It's there, they spelled it wrong.

GMs
and Volunteers
A dedicated crew of GMs is needed for this con. If you GM six slots,
you get a free hotel room, which you will share with up to three other
GMs. For every slot you DM, you will be refunded $5.00 of your entry fee. Which will be handed to you by Paige, herself, at the start of the slot. If you need to make special arrangements involving payments, please contact the YeoGaCon Staff by e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
You will have to pay for your slots before you sign up for
games. No refunds will be given for people who cancel, withdraw, are
abducted by aliens, win the lottery and move to Bimini, or otherwise
fail to show up at the con.
Walkup Policy
The con coordinator does not guarantee walk-ups or people who register
late, or waitlisted players the opportunity to play. If there are open
seats, they will preferentially go to waitlisted and preregistered
players first.
Mustering Policy
The con coordinator does not guarantee premustered groups the
opportunity to play together. Players will have the opportunity to
muster themselves. If they cannot, then the con coordinator or her
representatives will muster the players.
