The 17th Annual SIBCON gaming convention will be at the Butler Days Inn Hotel in Butler, PA, approximately 1 hour north of Pittsburgh, PA!
Online Pre-Registration for SIBCON XVII 2012 is now *CLOSED*!!!
You can make adjustments to your events on-site, as well as sign up for any remaining open events.
You will only be able to sign up for events online if we receive your PayPal payment. If sending a check, please contact cons@circleofswords.com and we may be able to clear you depending on previous convention attendance history. If we do not receive your check, you may still owe money on-site.
If you have any questions or problems with your online registration after September 1st, you will need to make adjustments to signup sheets on-site. If your registration is not fully processed, we either did not receive payment or your GM/Pre-Reg form information. Please contact us as to the status and we will do our best to answer in a timely manner or on-site at the convention.

If registering online, you must register for SIBCON 2012 Events at CircleOfSwords.com. You will only be able to create your Warhorn.net account while online registration is open. After September 1st, you will be able to register for events on-site, and you will not be able to modify your events online.

If registering via mail, please be sure to Download Your Convention Forms and mail your completed forms with your payment. All forms must be postmarked prior to September 1st, 2012.

For only $15, you can remember your SIBCON XVII 2012 experience with a Special Edition Convention T-Shirt celebrating our last con before 'The End of the World!', courtesy of George Vrbanic of Infinite Images! Sizes are L, XL, and XXL (other sizes available upon request and a slightly increased cost). You can pay for your shirt and specify sizes when paying online for your registration, or when you mail your forms in!

The Butler Days Inn is located approximately one mile south of Butler, PA on State Rt-8. Rt-8 connects to I-80 30 minutes north of Butler and to the PA Turnpike 30 minutes south of Butler. Rt-422 connects Rt-8 with I-79 about 25 minutes west of Butler. |
