Welcome to Shadow Lodge 2011!
Shadow Lodge is a Pathfinder convention held on the 1st-3rd October 2011 in Sydney, Australia.
What's on?
We have 30 sessions on offer over the three days of the long weekend, featuring Pathfinder Society scenarios from the close of Season 2, the Year of the Shadow Lodge, and the launch of Season 3, the Year of the Ruby Phoenix. And we are also offering some Shadow Lodge specials: two streams of the latest acclaimed Pathfinder Society sanctioned module, The Feast of Ravenmoor run in three parts, and "Player's Choice" sessions, in which you the players get to choose what to play across all Seasons of Organised Play!
What to prepare
Pre-generated characters are available for players unfamiliar with the rules or for anyone who arrives unprepared. But new players are encouraged to build their own 1st-level characters ahead of time if they can, and all players are reminded that, if using rules for their characters from Pathfinder sourcebooks other than the Core Rulebook and the Advanced Player’s Guide, they must bring a copy of the relevant sourcebook with them for the Game Master to reference.

Price
The price per session is only $2 which will leave you plenty of cash left to buy drinks and meals from the Roxbury's "cool dude food" menu, which you can take a look at here.
If you've already paid to play Pathfinder at Sydcon, they'll happily give you a refund if you'd prefer not to play there anymore. So, if you'd prefer to play at Shadow Lodge, or if the Pathfinder tables at Sydcon fail to reach minimum numbers in order to run, we're just a 15 minute walk away. Give us a call en route, and we'll do our best to hold open some seats for you if you haven't had chance to register in advance. The directions are here.
Register to play
Register now to check out the full list of events and sign-up to play to ensure that you don't miss out! The venue opens at 9am and play sessions will start as soon as all registered players are present but by 10am at the latest in the morning, and by 3pm at the latest in the afternoon. So turn up as soon as you can. Once the games are over, we'll be retiring to the bar for drinks and dinner so stick around to socialise with your fellow players and GMs.
We welcome players of all ages and experience but if you are under 18, or will be bringing someone who is under 18, then please email the event organisers using the above link or give us a call on 0415 050 568 for information on how to access the venue.

Venue/Lodging
Shadow Lodge 2011 is being held at The Roxbury Hotel, 182 St Johns Rd, Glebe, NSW 2037. Tel. 02 9692 0822. The Roxbury is a great venue, with a wide selection of fresh food and refreshing beverages. If you're coming by bus, then the 470 from Central stops right outside.

We'll be staying for a few drinks at the Roxbury at the end of each day, but we can't stay overnight! If you're looking for accommodation close by, then the
Rooftop Travellers Lodge and the Glebe Village are cheap, cheerful, and only a short stumble away. |

Community
Pathfinder Society Organized Play is a constantly evolving mega-campaign played by thousands of players and the adventures you experience are shared by players around the world. Play is organized into Seasons, throughout which the actions and achievements of you and your fellow Pathfinders create an ongoing storyline. Each season consists of at least 28 Pathfinder Society scenarios (short, 5-hour adventures) set in a variety of exotic locations across Golarion, the world of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game.
