Request an event site

It's easy to request a Warhorn site for your event. Just fill out the form below. The title, dates and location will be displayed in the main event listings (unless you don't want them to be) so that folks can find it. We'll also use this information to configure the site when setting it up.

Event title

Many events are listed at Warhorn. Do your best to distinguish your event from others, perhaps by including the name of the venue or city where the event is taking place, the gaming club, or the organizer (you). Instead of "LFR Game Day" or "D&D Encounters", how about "Insurrection Guild's LFR Game Day", "D&D Encounters at FLGS" or "Finn's Massive Kegger"?

If your event is a convention, consider appending the year, season or other temporal indicator to the name of the convention - for example, "AwesomeCon 2010" or "Keepers of the Flame Spring Gathering".

Event dates

If your event is relatively small and frequently-occurring (e.g. a weekly home game or monthly game store event) we list it as a "recurring game day" and create a single site for all occurrences of the event. This is much easier to manage than a separate site for each occurrence.

If your event is a one-off, or if it occurs quarterly, yearly or on any other long-term schedule, it is easier to manage a separate site for each occurrence. We list these events as "upcoming conventions".

Enter the dates for your event.

Event location

Enter the offline location of your event.

Listing visibility

You can choose to make your event invisible, in which case it won't show up in the event listings.

Initial account

When we create your event site, we will also provision an initial administrative account. We will generate a password and send it to the email address that you specify below.

Final comments

Please provide additional comments below. Include any extra information you think might be helpful to us in setting up your site.

For example, you may have a particular URL slug in mind (the slug is the part of your event site's URL that uniquely identifies the site, e.g. the green portion of http://warhorn.net/my-game-day).

Don't worry about providing any of the copy that will appear on your event site - you'll be able to enter that content once the site has been created.
