Extra Schedule Information
Please note: All attendees, playing or not playing must have a valid badge or wristband displayed. In addition to campaign standards and regulations, attendees will be required to behave in a manner consistent with any tournament or sporting event.
All attendees are reminded to not interrupt players at tables, players who need to handle out of character business will be required move away from the tables.
Players are asked to be at tables 15 minutes before the slot. At five minutes before slot starting time, seats will be assigned to players on the waiting list for the table. New tables will be opened if judges are available. If there are empty seats after the waiting list is empty, the seats are first offered to judges who were to work tables that did not make, players who are in tables who did not make, other judges and other players.
If you want your favorite campaign to be played, volunteer as a judge. I can't just make a table of "Living Raggedy Ann" without judges.
