HOW TO USE YOUR WARHORN ACCOUNT

When you sign up on Warhorn, our administrators at SnowCon get an email saying that you've registered to sign up for games. Admin checks at least twice a day for new Warhorn registrations. We cross reference you with our pre-registered attendee list and when we find you, we mark your account as "paid" and "cleared" which means you can sign up for games, both as a "judge" (game leader or GM) for the games you may have submitted using our online form, and for games in which you wish to participate. The Warhorn system is not linked to our payment automatically, so while you may have paid a long time ago, your account won't be active until an admin manually sets it to "cleared."
So, create your account, do something fun and come back in a few hours. It will likely be ready to roll then, as the administrators aren't usually far from their computers.
