All games will be run using AOL Instant Messenger (tm) chat rooms unless an alternate is agreed-upon by ALL of the players and the judge. The BI will be run in AOL chat rooms; no exceptions.
SPECIAL NOTE ON GAME SLOTS:
- ALL TIMES ARE EASTERN.
- All weekend slots (except the BI) will be 6 hours long, and the complete adventure will be played in those 6 hours.
- All weekday slots are two nights, 3 hours each, and will be run on MONDAY and WEDNESDAY. Only the first day of the slot shows up on the slot schedule, but by signing up for that slot, you've signed up for both days.
- The two-round Battle Interactive will be a timed event. Each round will be approximately 5 hours long, and there will be a 30-minute break between rounds.
- Please show up 15 minutes early for all games, for mustering.
PAYMENT:
Payment is via PayPal or personal check or money order.
Each game (adventure) is $2 to cover the cost of paper, ink, and postage. If you participate in the Marketplace, certs are $1 per two certs. Judges get one slot free for every slot they run.
